    outdated decor
    tiny breakfast

this hotel has potential, but the outdated decor and musty carpets seriously need a makeover. the tiny breakfast at the nearby restaurant is a joke, and I absolutely expected a room upgrade for the inconvenience, but no such luck. it woudl ve been nice to feel a little special, but alas, just couldn’t say anything good about it.

    great location
    outdated decor
    limited breakfast options

The location in Zona 1 was perfect for exploring cultural sites.

I was disappointed to find the hotel quite dated, with worn carpets and walls that needed paint. The breakfast options at the nearby restaurant were limited and not very satisfying. Additionally, the noise level was bothersome, with disturbances from other guests making it hard to sleep.

The location in Zona 1 was perfect for exploring cultural sites, with easy access to public transportation.

The décor of the hotel felt very dated, with worn carpets and a need for a fresh coat of paint to brighten the atmosphere.

I felt very welcomed by the accommodating staff, who were genuinely friendly and attentive. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Zona 1, making it easy to explore the area, and the complimentary breakfast at Patsy's restaurant was absolutely delightful.

    cozy sun terrace

It was just a decent option for a transient stop in Guatemala City with good value for money. I appreciated the cozy sun terrace that was nice for relaxing after a long day. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

    complimentary breakfast
    sun terrace
    rooftop garden
    worn carpets

I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at the corner restaurant and felt safe throughout my stay. The cozy sun terrace was awesome for relaxing, and the rooftop garden was a nice touch, too! Just a heads-up, the carpets could use some updating, but for the price, I was more than happy. 😊
